Many moons ago when I started Coyote hunting I had an old bugle that I modified. Back then we reshaped old duck call tone boards to make howlers. They were not nearly as easy to blow as the howlers that you can buy now. The plastic bottles do help to get the sound out there and of course, the price is right.
