Dillon has always had stellar CS and demonstrated that once more today.

Selling my #2 Dillon 450 press and discovered that I had apparently let the small priming punch for this press go with #1, so called Dillon CS and explained my predicament to Chuck.
A replacement is on the way and when I tried to give him credit card info, he said it was covered under warranty! OUTSTANDING!! Thanks, Chuck!
 
I can't praise their cs. I called needing some replacement parts. I already troubleshot the machine and knew what was needed. They wanted me to call back and troublesome with their tech.
It was just easier to just buy the parts out of my own pocket. My time is valuable too.
