Another Vortex post

Some may remember that I had a Diamondback on my 30-30 and the windage seems wonkie so I sent it back to Vortex. Well today, Big Brown dropped off a package and a new 3-9 Diamondback was in the box. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the fast service and new scope, but I wish they would have told me what was wrong with the old scope I sent in. My reason is now I don't know if the lousy groups were from a crappy barrel, bad reloads or a bad scope. Oh well, Thanks Vortex!! I appreciate the good customer service!!
 
Truthfully Sarge I doubt they even looked at it. Chunked it in the trash and sent me a new one. It wasn't an expensive scope to begin with and labor cost to inspect it was probably more costly than just replacing it.
