I was wondering if anybody makes an antelope distress call or are the Antelope distress and the deer distress pretty much the same ??? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif

After listening to some sound clips, an antelope fawn distress sounds like a midrange mix between a deer fawn distress and a deer distress. It wouldn't be very hard to produce a call like this.

PM me, if interested.

Antelope does will come to fawn distress, and bucks will follow during mating season. I know this becuase I was attacked by an antelope doe while I was blowing a fawn distress call. This took place near Rawlins, Wyoming in month of june.

I've had a young whitetail buck put me up a sapling try for more than an hour before. There was no scaring him off.

Tony,
She came from my hard right, almost directly behind me. She was already up on hind legs, and those pointy front hooves were on their way down toward fat old Cronk before I saw her. I dodged to my left, swung rifle barrel to the right and smacked the antelope on right side of her neck with said barrel. Too bad I didn't get that on video.

I saw one at our Sportsman's Warehouse in Riverdale, Utah today. Didn't see the brand name or price, but it was there.

I almost have this one done for Howler. Sounding pretty good. I'll post sound clips when done. And Yes, he's going to use it to call antelope with, this hunting season.
