I'm thinking about getting one of those myself. Midway is the place to get them too because they have them setup for either 2 1/2 inch or 3 inch right out of the box ( I'll be loading 3"). Adjusting them yourself can be a pain or so I'm told.
They come with everything you need to load target or light field loads. Then latter you can get different powder bushings and/or different weight charge bars for heavier loadings if you wish.
This place has a good selection of MEC stuff too.

About the only thing you need to start loading besides components is a shotgun reloading handbook. A book will help you figure out what powder and corresponding bushing you should use. It is optional but I would also recommend a scale of some kind to help check powder charges.
