I load alot for my sons 410.  I started out loading brass for it then applied the same technique to plastic hulls.  I have homemade stands, I use 1 to deprime with a small punch, 1 to prime with a socket welded to a punch stem and then I cut the crimp section off and add powder, fiber wad, shot and glue in an over shot card with a small amount of silicone.  They work great and go together quick.
