Any one using 70gr Noslers in a 6 Creedmoor how do they work on coyotes?

Looking to use them in my Creedmoor for coyotes. I have an 8 twist do they hold up at that rotational velocity and still get the job done?
Thank you

I've killed them with a 6x45, 6mm-204 and 243 and have hunted with guys with 6mm Rem and again 243. I don't know no of any 55gr to 100gr bullet short of FMJs and pure target bullets that don't work on coyotes. If your saving fur that's another story. I'd try them in a minute

Generally they are pretty stout as there are a number of 6mm Rem AIs, 240 Weatherbys and 6mm-06s out there and you don't hear much about bullet failures as far as velocity destroying 6mm bullets.

My pet load in 6mm RM is a Varmageden 55 gr, 4200 fps the bullet works fine. but I have yet to find any 6mm bullet that is fur-friendly.

My 6CM has a 20in Proof 9tw barrel. I've hardly shot it but it shoots those 70gr Nosler BT w/RL16 in to crazy tiny little groups. I've shot plenty of coyotes with other Nosler BT and they've always hammered them hard so I have zero doubt the 6mm 70's would be any different.

I think the only real problem guys are having with the Nosler 6mm 70gr Ballistic Tip bullets is finding them because they seem to be unavailable everywhere you look. If you don't already have some you may want to consider a different bullet because finding some could be difficult.

I can't speak for the CM but they are my bullet of choice in my 9.25 twist 243. I am running them at 3440 fps and they are surprisingly fur friendly in most cases. Don't get me wrong.....things can get messy with certain hits, but for the most part, they will surprise you as long as you don't have them traveling at the speed of light. Lol. They hit like the hammer of Thor also. Most times they don't even twitch. Complete off switch.

Don’t have a creedmore but have loaded the 70 Nosler ballistic tips for decades in my 26” barreled 243 custom. I load them a half a grain over max book loads with one hole 100 yard accuracy. Can tell you it’s hit and miss for being fur friendly. If you dont hit bone going in or out it’s friendly. If i hit bone on the way in I can stick my fist through the hole it made…or both fists. Lol... it’s a wicked bullet. Hammer if Thor on coyote and bobcat! I’ve taken a few coyote head shots over the decades and it will just about take them completely off. Wicked bullet!
