Any Virginia/ West VA hunters?

I live in Inwood, just south of Martinsburg. West of Martinsburg yote hunting isn't too bad. For groundhogs not so good. I do most of my ghog hunting in Jefferson county.

Hey everybody, just joined looking to get into predator hunting. I live in the Northern Shen Valley and would like to tag along with somebody that knows what they're doing to get an idea of where to start. I have some land avalible, a mix of hardwoods, thick cedar, and a few clearings. Total of about 400+ acres to try. Not sure if the yotes are even there, but I would assume so. Look forward to learning as much as I can here.

Fulks Run, VA here just west of Harrisonburg in the Shenandoah Valley. I'm a newbie but I'm learning a lot on here. Hit me up and we will go and either call 1 in or educate 1! I have sum decent places (private) where I know there are yotes because we hear them about everytime we tree a coon in these couple of places. I have all the public land you could ever imagine hunting right out my front porch. The bear hunters have seen a drastic increase in yote and bobcat populations on the national forest. You would have to have chains on your truck to get into the national forest here now because the bear hunters have the snow packed down to a solid sheet of ice up there now. Hopefully most of it will melt with this warmfront that's comin thru this week!

Dawg Down, you are right where I cat hunt. I hit the high tension right of ways off of long run, the fields on Raider Mtn, and the orchards on Cow Knob. I see lots of sign out there, but have yet to take any fur home from there. I'm heading out that way soon, hopefully before they lock Turner Run. I want a cat bad. I've called coyotes and fox in Broadway and in Augusta county, but haven't had luck out your way yet. I need to look you up before I come out next time. Hard to tell how many cats have back doored me in the thickets, I've seen tracks to indicate it has happened twice in the snow so far. Another set of eyes helps in the thick stuff.

ARCOREY, hey man that's right in my front yard almost. I know exactly where you're talkin about. The bear hunters have seen a lot of cats and yotes up on the mountain this year! Its a mess up there rite now. The roads are a solid sheet of ice. Text or call me sumtime and we'll give it a shot. I also have some more places that I know holds cats. Thanks, WES 540 820 3967
