Anyone had problems with Powder Valley?

First of all this isnt a flame against them, but I ordered a bunch of powders, 500 bullets and 1000 primers. Everything arrived but the primers. I read the EMail envoice and it showed the items ordered and the Billing. In the box however there is no shipping list. I sent an Email, and hope to get this straightened out. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Ive never had a problem with my 2 orders with them. I hope it was just an oversight and they take care of you.

I placed my first order with them last week and received all the items within 7 working days. I will continue to trade with them. Good luck

Those are My thoughts as well. Seems that things get forgotton from time to time. Having ordered a few times before it suprised Me. Looking forward to their reply.

No, I have made many orders from Powder Valley and never had a problem.

I just made a large group order from Powder Valley on Thursday.

Keep us updated Ornery on how this turns out.

Im 30 mins away and get all my stuff from them. They all ways double check the items with the order slip before they release it. Great people to deal with and they will take care of ya. As much stuff as they sell you wont believe that's there's only a hand full of people that work there. They are the cheapest i have found anywhere.

Not a problem with them in probably 20 or more orders. Probably
my first on-line shopping spot for bullets. I don't order
powder or primers from them. We have a supplier about 2 hours
away, that sells at or below Powder Valley, so to avoid HazMat
fees, I buy powder and primers there.

Is it possible the primers are on the way in a separate pkg? Isn't there some kind of regulation against shipping powder and primers in the same box?

Maybe I'm just dreaming, but I though I read this somewhere. I've ordered powder before, but never primers, so I don't really know what I'm talking about, haha.

Unless something has changed you can order primers and powder and have it sent in the same Haz-Mat box.

When I was shooting Sporting Clays and we did some group buys from Powder Valley I would call them and ask them to top off the Haz-Mat box to the maximum weight with shotgun primers. It worked great we ordered the powder we wanted and then they put however many primers it took to fill the Haz-Mat box to the maximum shipping weight.

The Haz-Mat fee is less money than what it costs me to drive 90 miles round trip to a gun shop that sells powder. The powder at that gun shop if they have what I want costs $5.00 to $8.00 more per pound than powder valley.

Bob, I looked at the labels on the Shipping Box and it has a sticker saying Primers Cap Type UN0044. But no primers in the box. I think they forgot to ship them.

I hope they will make it right, Grant. It seems there is always at least one person that has a bad experiance even with good people. It sucks that it has happened to you, bud.

I made one order from PV. It included some "0nce fired" .40 S&W Brass. It was obviously NOT once fired. They were obviously reloaded and loaded HOT. They also included more than 20 different head stamps and had alot of cracked and split brass. So I called PV, the person I talked to admitted that they had had other complaints and even stated that he had asked that the AD be rewritten to reflect the fact that they were range brass of unknown number of firings. He was told the AD would not be changed. I asked what they would like to do about the situation and was told I could Mail them Back at MY expense and would be credited for the cost of that Item. Well shipping was going to be enough that I just kept the brass and decided NOT to order from a company that knowingly misadvertises their products.

I've heard alot of good about PV, unfortunately my one experience was not good.
