A high quality setup like you are describing will cost you $700 to $1200 or more. My suggestion is to take this money and apply it toward the purchase of a hand scanning unit. Constantly swinging your rifle around will wear you out and get you busted not to mention the safety implications if other hunters are around.

A buddy has a ball head setup and it's nice also. I think his rig was around $1500 with a carbon fiber tripod.
