Anyone using RCBS 3 way trimmer head

Loading a bunch of .223 that need to be trimmed. Getting a little tired of the three step trim, champher and debur process. Anyone using the 3 way trimmer from RCBS? I got on the Midway site and there were about 13 glowing reports. However the last 3 or 4 bad mouthed the product.

Had mine a long time, it took a little time to get it set up at first. I haven't had to adjust it for years now. It works great, cuts fast, and I'm still kicking myself for not getting one sooner.

I have 3, they work good but I haven't used them in years. I have a 30 cal, a 270 and a 7mm. Anybody want one of them? Or all 3.

I have been considering this option as well. Sure seems like it would be worth while to cut down on the time spent prepping. That is if it works smoothly and consistantly.

280fan- PMed you about that 30cal cutter, thanks.

When the cases are chamfered and deburred correctly. Both are adjustable and it just takes a little time set it up correctly. Thats why I only use mine on 1 caliber. You can get pilots for different calibers but have to adjust everything when you change them.

One thing I'd caution against is trying to set one up to do .22 Hornet cases. My neighbor tried it and I don't recall whether it turned out to be possible, but if it was it required modification of the cutter due to the relatively thin brass in the Hornet's neck.
