Smokeless New member Jul 8, 2012 #1 Just a couple big spoon fulls of apricot preserve and a splash of soy sauce makes a very nice glaze for your ham. Mix the preserve and soy sauce in a small bowl and glaze the ham about 45 min from being done. Good color and great sweat salty taste.
