AR load for hornady 68gr bthp?

I'm just getting started with reloading. I have Hodgdon H335 powder, federal 205 primers and winchester .223 brass. A friend gave me some hornady .224 68 gr bthp bullets which measure .884" long. My main concern is the the bullet will have to be seated much deeper than O.A.L. gauge depth to fit the max mag length of 2.260". Does anyone have any recommendations or should I buy different bullets? I really want to try some 68 or 69 grain bullet loads for this gun. Thank You

68 Hornady BTHP Hodgdon H-335 21.3 2500
68 Hornady BTHP Hodgdon H-335 22.6 2600
68 Hornady BTHP Hodgdon H-335 23.8 2700

This is what Hornady lists for the AR. I generally don't like H-335, but these loads are quite reasonable. I hope this helps.

The 69gr sierra and noslers are shorter than the hornady 68 for mag length loading. The hornadys have shot well for me.

I purchased the hornady 7th edition manual tonight. They specifically list the 68gr bthp for the AR as a lights out round. I forget how they word it, but something to that effect. ILyote, when seating bullet to 2.250", are you compressing powder at that point? These bullets are LOOONNNNGGG!
