Avery label template?

Somebody posted up a nice template they had made for adhesive-backed Avery labels awhile back that had load info such as powder, bullet, primer, case, etc., and I can't find it now.
I've searched all of the posts in the reloading forum, and done several word searches.....no luck.

If anybody has it could you please post it up again with the Avery label number? I'll save it this time.

If you have a word processor you can make your own template to your design.

To add to what Quarter Round posted, Avery's website has free software you can download. Go and find some Avery labels that are the size you want and use the software to make up your own custom label.

Just go into word and pick the label you are using, they are all marked to which label they make by size!
