Axis Deer Hunting ??

Doing an Axis deer hunt has been on my mind for years now. Every time I think I should book something, the price has gone up again . It's getting to the point now that I'm not sure it's worth it. Anyone have any info or recommendations on who or where to go ? Looking for something that is a good hunt for the money with a good chance of a buck 29+ inches.
I'm sure most places are fenced to some degree or another,which doesn't bother me as long as it's a big place.
Is there anything out there for around $4k or less ? Or ,am I dreaming ? Combing it with axis doe, pigs or fishing would be a plus.

I have lot's of vacation to use. It's time to leave home for a few days.

No Axis deer in this area, but a wide variety of other exotics on the ranches I hunt, all 5,000-11,000 acres under high fence. Inner pastures are separated by barbed wire so critters are free ranging. Will send you a PM.

I'm still looking around to see what's out there.

Thought with all the Texas hunters on here, I might get some info.
