Back to Back Weaver or Pictany rail bases

Hi, I'm looking for a source for weaver bases or pictany rails that are mounted back to back to mount a flash light to a scope. I would like to put a scope ring on the scope with the base facing up and attach another 1" ring to it with a surefire flash light in it.

I think I might understand what you are talking about. Look up B-Square rings. They make one that has a weaver base on top of the scope mount ring.

I didn't see them on there website but Midway has them---- product # 452864.

There are other much more expensive rings with a similar set up (rails on top) such as the A.R.M.S. system ect.....

Good Luck,
Rob

I've heard the b-square mounts mar/scratch the surface of some receivers. I've also heard if moisture gets under them the receivers rust. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Brownells has what you're looking for. There is a single mount ring that mounts to the scope and gives a single picatinny attach point, or a double mount ring. Both attach to the scope only, not the receiver.

Thanks Guys, Since I posted I made my own. I bought weaver mounts for a Marlin 336 from Walmart for $6.37. These are flat and I put them base to base and screwed two socket head screws, (6 x 40 i think) thru them. Mounted and old weaver type ring to my scope with the base pointing up. Mounted another ring onto my surefire 9P flashlight and the bases to the flash light ring. Now I can mount the flashlight to the scope.
