Never set up a bait pile or game camera, tho I have taken advantage of watching a number of deceased critters over the years.
Ambushed a couple of coyotes over a dead zebra here and these Cara Cara were cleaning up all that remained just a few days later.

Doesn't take the birds long to find a dead critter. Shot this coyote, made a couple stands and passed by the spot a bit later. This hawk had already staked his claim and was prepared to defend it.
