What is the best place to look at a ballistic chart for windage comparing two different bullet weights?

ive looked at generic charts before and the numbers given have never matched up with what i see when at the range punching paper.

I use "Point Blank Software" it's free, just use your Googlefu, should pop right up. It takes a little bit to get used to, as does any software, but it has some good graphs for trajectory, and wind drift and lets you compare a number of different loads on the same graph.
