I started calling & a pair answered me 50 yards behind me & to my right in a standing wheat field
! Shocked the male hauled azz like I missed him. Turned out he was just over a knoll with a fist sized hole behind his left front leg ! Still amazes me what they can do, ran about 100 yards !
Second one came from opposite direction. No recovery due to thick brush but it wonāt be eating anymore critters either !
