My Barnes manual (No. 4)  doesn't show data for the 40 grain.  Only the 36 and 45 grain bullets.  That's a little annoying I know, because I recently had a similar issue with my 243wssm and their 80 grain TTSX.  No real data in the manual and only 2 different loads with powder I never use on their web site.  I ended up using the Hornady reloading data and went from there.  It worked well for me.
