BDC Reticle ballistic software compatability

Hello All:

I am new to the forums.. but my question is this...
I am looking at either a Vortex diamondback...or a Nikon Pro Staff...both in BDC reticle 3X9X50...are BDC reticles reciprocal in their layout enough that the Nikon Spot-On software would work with the Vortex reticle as well?? I dont seem to be able to locate any ballistic software for the Vortex... Or am I just not looking enough?

This is a very comprehensive ballistics App if you have Iphone or iPad. They have some Vortex reticles preloaded. You might check with them to see if the reticle you are considering is available.
