Thanks guys. I did do a ton of homework before seriously considering doing it. In the future i will just post up in firearms section. My hmr shot decent groups but flyers always showed up. Wanted to mitigate that as much as poss.
I installed pillars with no problems. The trigger assembly is what had me worried about action bedding though. I couldnt just remove it, like a howa trigger, because the boss that the rear action screw uses would lose proper spacing. I ended up taping the crap out of it, tight to the action as i could, then sealing it with modeling clay. Worked very well actually. I just stressed out for about 6 hours while it set up!
