Well, mounted the same rings on a warne 15 moa rail last night, torqued the rings (again, vertically split) per vortex instructions and got it bore sighted last night. Had plenty of left windage to spare, so something must have been off with my bases. Only thing noticeable was the head of one screw was stripped. Had to drill it out to remove it. Didnt feel loose, but the sharp movement of the rifle firing might have been enough anyways. Hoping for some good luck the next range day!
