Benchmark barrels

Kind of in a pickle I got my gunsmith who has installed hundreds of benchmark barrels, told me that benchmark offers both cut and button pulled barrels. Then I have a guy who is telling me they only do button, everything I have found so far says they offer both, does anybody know for sure?
 
This ONE guy telling you otherwise must really have your respect.

If your smith and all your internet research tells you both...I'm betting he's wrong.
Tomorrow is Monday...call or Email Benchmark.

Yea regardless I'm gonna try one. Just need to settle this.
 
Cut.. Button I don't care. I've got two of them and they shoot great.

Pretty easy to get wound around the axle about this kinda thing.
 
I agree fur hunter I just gotta know. I have always been a Lilja fan but they pulled some stuff on my extent barrel order and so I'm gonna try something different and I've only heard good things about benchmark..
 
I just bought one in 6mm with 5R. To the best of my research they (Benchmark) are pull button rifled. Double stress relieved and double hand lapped. Looking down the bore with my Hawkeye reveals a beautifully polished bore.

Very nice barrel. We will see how she shoots once it's fitted. I am optimistic that it will shoot better than me.
