Bergara barrels for encores??

Been hearing some good things about these barrels but havent really talked to anyone who has one.Do any of you guys have any.And if you do how good are they fit,finish,and most important how do they shoot.Found a place on the web that has them and t/c barrels on sale and the differance is around $90 dollars.So what do you all think
 
i have the bergara barrels onmy CVA Optima Elite and love them. The quality is top notch and they are way more accurate than the shooter. It will be money well spent. I have one in 243, 270, 30-06 and a 50cal MLer. I can even get moa groups from the muzzleloader!!!!!
 
natchez shooter supply,In there flyer i got in the mail they had them as bergara barrels on there web site they are calling them cva but what i heard was bergara makes all cva barrels,but thats just what I read somewhere

they are not calling them cva barrels. Bergara barrels are made in Bergara Spain. they make barrels for T/C, CVA Apex's and Optima Elites and barrel blanks. Do a little more researching before you post incorrect info.
 
Well was just on there web site and they are listed as conn.valley arms barrels for encores under cva products. You figure it out.There no reason to be huffy about it!!!!!!

not getting [beeep] about it. Just trying to get people the correct information.

Apparently, BPI who is the parent company for CVA, Powerbelt, Claw slings, Durasight also bought Bergara barrels and then enlisted the expert Ed Shilen. Ed is a famous target rifle barrel maker from years ago.

I didn't realize till just now that they had purchased bergara.
Thats why natchez has them listed like that.
 
If you back-track several pages, I had a post on Bergara barrels. They also make barrels for Rem., Savage and the 10/22 ruger. Their web page has a video of how the manufactoring process is done. Very interesting.
