Best 22-250 ammo for deer

Yea i see it often on other forums. But it is what it is.
For deer and a 12 twist 22-250 i load 50gr TSX for my nephew and Got him 55gr FMJ for practicing.
He got really good with it and my brother had to limit him to taking 2 rounds with him or he would kill as many deer with how many rounds he took haha.
But had him shooting it out to 400 yards and last year he dropped a nice 8 point at 330 yards.
My brother wanted to move him up to the 270 but he limits out with the 22-250 every year and 99% are DRTs so i told him to let him have fun.
