A guy I work with shot 16 coyotes off 1 dead steer in his pasture about 120 yds from his patio door, last winter they were crossing the Missouri river to eat it. he said he would get up in the morn look out his door, slide the door open and shoot 1 or 2. then pick them up and do it again the next day. once he said he shot one left it there, took a shower, looked out and there was another one and shot it. I always thought our west river yotes were stupid. thats why I mostly hunt west river, hehe.
