Best GPS for hunting? With BLM and Nat Forest maps?

I bought a Garmin Dakota 10 last year. I also was able to download free maps off gpsfiledepot.com. I like it a lot, its small enough to easlily put in a pocket and really simple to use. I also like the touch screen. Its very intuitive to use and battery life seems to be really good. There are times where I think I'd like the bigger screen of the Garmin Oregon, but it comes with a significantly higher price.

I got an Oregon 450 for Christmas last year and have really come to like it. I coupled it with land ownership software from a PM sponsor and it has become very useful. I use it for all hunting here in NM, and used it successfully for last year's antelope hunt in WY. Check out the Oregon series, I don't thing you'll be disappointed.

I run a Garmin unit also along with Kirsch outdoor GPS mapping program.. Its an awesome combination.. Korey is a Sponsor here on Predator Masters, he is an awesome guy to deal with.. His program is priceless when it comes to hunting..

Garmin Nuvi and Kirsch's Outdoor Products. It's the only way to go. Been a customer for the past few years and I don't carry a single map to any of the states I hunt. I won't leave home without it!

I had a Oregon 450T, which is great, but I upgraded to the 550T and think it is awsome.

I too use a nuvi for motorized travel.
