Best IR Light for Digital Night Vision.

What do you guys think is the best IR light at this time for digital night vision? Want something powerful yet with low signature, or as much as possible. I have been using a TR 38 I got from the UK and I like it. Just wondering if something as good or better is available in the US. Appreciate suggestions since my son is looking for a good light for his new ATN 4k.

Take a look at Sniper Hog Lights. I believe they have 4 different size lights, 38,50,66, and the Cannon. The lights are suppose to have a new improved brighter LED. I use the 50 it’s probably more than I need for my bait pile and my normal shooting distance.

It's hard for me to say what is truly the best because I haven't used them all. I really like the NightSnipe 750 that I'm currently using.

It has the option of the dimmer on the back of the light, or a coil and dimmer you can put just about anywhere on your rifle. I also like the mount that comes with it that allows you to adjust the light's beam up/down and left/right. I opted for the 850nm because everything I've researched says that's the way to go. 200 yards is no problem for this and my NV scope.

That would be good, Paul. Thanks. Just looking for probably a 38 or 50mm light, one that is bright and lights up the entire view in the 4k.

6mm,

Let us know what you come up with. I’m especially interested to know how the contrast and clarity is at distance as that is more important to me over brightness.
