Up the road you can get one from Sportsman's.. But I would watch the Youtube video to see what is wrong with the cheap ones and bring a large screw driver with you to check the door, and security of the pins (testing that deflection)
i would start with checking the local Costco and see if they have one. (would be a good deal)
As for installation, you can get two furniture dolly's from harbor Freight for $8 each. and roll it into where you want it.
I would suggest that you set it on a 1" pressure treated board, or stained Oak, to allow for air under it, and prevent rusting through the bottom and in case of a spill. You can bolt through the board if you feel it necessary.
