Best Red Dot for a 45 degree offset mount

I'm looking for an open reflex or red dot to put on a 45 degree offset rail coming off the gas block on my DPMS Oracle. I currently have a 3-9 leupold as my main optic and looking to have a close range option also.

My price range is around $150 but maybe a little more if the right sight comes up. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

The best in my book for what your describing is the Aimpoint H1 orT1 but cost $600. Next would be the Trijicion RMR cost $500. Finally the lowest cost is the Bushnell FastFire 2 at $200 or the 3 at $250. The FastFires are dependable if you don't hunt rough stuff or in lots of wet rainy areas. They are not waterproof mearly resistant. All the ones described here except the aimpoint can have some parallax issues and the dot needs to be basically centered in the FOV before firing. The aimpoint has no parallax issues and as long as you can see the dot it is on target. The dot can be in the top corner of the FOV and still be on target.

You can get more bang for your buck buying used. Lots of red dots in the for sale area of Snipers Hide.

Thanks for the ideas. Those are a little bit out of my price range at this time.

At my local bass pro in Vegas I was looking at a Pursuit LPS. I know you get what you pay for but it doesn't seem like too bad of a sight for $50. Eventually I'm going to get most likely a Fastfire but for right now I'm looking for something a little less expensive.

I'm in the same market... I've caught on to the theory Of buy Once cry once.. I would defiantly consider the Burris line. I'm between the Burris and Tijicon.. It's a lot of money for a backup optic but always wanted a side mount reflex type sight...
