Hey,I was reading through the Cabela's fall master catalogue last night and saw something that immediately reminded me of your post. It was a deer cart that folded up into a backpack size unit. I think that would be the ticket. It's got two big wheels on it and can handle deer size game and it looked like it could handle 8 or 10 coons or so. If you're seriously looking for an answer to your problem, I would at least check these out.
