Bipod for the AR while sitting

Looking to get a Bipod for my ARs.
Would like it to be tall enough to use while sitting.
What one are you all using that either attaches via Pic rail or to the M-Lok
What do you all use?
 
For sitting. I been using for years now 2 extra tall, 13" to 27 " Harris swivel Bipods. They work excellent. One is setup for Pic rail connect, and the other is on rifle with the sling stud connect.
Only thing you got to do, and it pretty easy with the Harris is remove those internal leg rebound springs and toss them in the trash. Those springs are just total rattle and twangy noise BS, and you don't need and will not miss them.

I use extra long cross sticks that I can use sitting on a stool. You can spread them for whatever height except prone. I make my own. I don't like attached bipods, too cumbersome for me.

Watching a couple of YouTube shows the Swagger looks like it works for the folks making the video.
