I love good blue cheese. Have been trying different ones seriously for over 30 years.

Right now, until next Wednesday, Raley's has the best English Stilton I have ever tasted on sale. Not much of a sale as it is still $20 a pound but worth twice that. You are only going to eat a few ounces so not a huge investment.

"Thomas Hoe Stevenson Blue Stilton" is something you owe it to yourself to try. Be sure to serve it at room temperature. The flavor does not come out at less than 68 degrees.

I like blue cheese, but do not know much about it. What is the best thing to eat it with? I used to buy some in a waxed wedge. I would just eat it plan, but I could not stop. I would eat the whole thing.

Do you eat it on any type of cracker?
 
I'm a Bleu Cheese lover as well...

Take a 3# Sirloin steak, cut 2" thick. Marinate it in Italian Dressing for 24 hours before cooking on a charcoal grill...

Place in on hot coals, about 5" above the coals for 7 minutes for Medium, turn only once and cover with about 3oz of crumbled Bleu Cheese and cover with a big roasting lid to melt the cheese to the surface of the steak for another 7 minutes.

that was all my old hunting buddy took for lunch while deer hunting in wyoming!! after a week of eating bongusto and bleu cheese ( hard salami) the camp got pretty rank!!lol it was good though!
 
My wife's uncle is a cheese lover of sorts. Last trip to visit them he gave me a few samples of "fine cheese". I told him they all tasted like cheddar to me. He just gave me a confused look, then offered a different flavor. I finally asked if he had some of that cheese-in-a-can you can get a Target? He grabbed what was left and grumbled about never giving his "premium expensive cheese" to a hick that ate it from a aerosal can.
