I am by no means any sort of expert but I would try two different set ups.

First off I would leave the rifle at home and grab the 12 gauge with some #4 buck or heavy shot in B or T. I would place my decoy and caller about 30 yards in front of me(green square) and put my back right up against the pond in that patch of cover above the CRP(red dot). I would expect the cat to come around either side of the pond and work his way towards the caller.

The other way I would set up would to be to put the caller and decoy right at the edge of the ditch where it leaves the cover above the big pond(green square).I would position myself on the edge of the ditch where it enters the other piece of cover.(red dot) I would guess the cat would work his way down the ditch right into your lap.
