Bolt rifles with factory threaded barrels

Which rifle would you prefer with threaded barrel from factory? For what the ruger Americans cost and how they supposedly shoot seems they would be the route to go wouldnt they? Looking for your insight. I'd want a caliber big enough to shoot deer legally with the thermal so figuring 6.5cm
 
These days its hard to find a brand that doesn't offer a threaded barrel. Not sure what the regs are in your state but in Okla. a case length of 1 1/4 inch's and a 55 grain bullet are legal for deer. So even a 223 is legal here.
 
Ours here is anything over 22 cal. So 243 and up for big game. I'll use it to shoot dogs with too but I get on some occasional deer damage permits and want it legal for that too
