Bravo Company Charging Handle Medium or Large??

NEO Hunter

I am looking at getting a larger charging handle for my Daniel Defense DDM4 V5LW that I just got and am using for coyote hunting. With my scope mounted on it I have a tough time charging the rifle smoothly. I am trying to decide between the Bravo Company Gunfighter Mod 3 large or Mod 4 medium. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

I have large, medium and small. I will never purchase another large and probably the medium either. I sling rifle over shoulder same as a bolt gun and when walking I find the large will catch on coats and make noise. The medium to a lesser degree but the small is what I like best. Big enough to grab around the scope but small enough it doesnt catch on clothing.

I agree, medium is plenty to get around scopes and work with gloves. I've had a large latch before and found it dug into my chest more than I cared for whilst walking with the rifle slung across my chest.

I guess thats one of the only things a out being a lefty shooter has going for it...never have to worry about a big charging handle gouging me

I went with the large. I've got big fingers and hands, so it works out well for me. It isn't large enough to look out of place.

Agreed 100% I run a medium on my 308 and it's great for target and shooting, but it sucks for hunting. I'm getting the small.

I have a badger tac latch on my 18" ar and it's a bit bigger tHan I like especially if I'm carrying. But I have two of the mod4 medium sized bcm charging handles on my 14.5 and 10.5 and will be replacing the one with the badger latch very soon. Much prefer the medium bcm setup. Perfect size for scoped ar's and not so big to get in the way at all.
