What size? Question being is it big enough to drill into to where you can put a small screwdriver or pick in to leverage some wiggle?


Also try some penetrating oil, the stuff actually lubricates even really stuck in things to where tapping and wiggling might work better. I had a screw that seemed welded in, and a half hour after using penetrating oil it came out like normal.


It is a smaller torx bit for CVA scope base/rings. they gave my buddy the wrong ring/base combo and the screws must have had loc tite on them because the others had a weird white crust on them and this one was a little harder to get screwed down and the tip of the bit snapped flush with the screw head. cva wants the rings/base back for exchange otherwise I would drill press it.
