A friend got one out by putting super glue on the tool tip with a toothpick.
When someone else or a repair shop may have installed them I usually use a hair dryer or solder iron to warm things up first.
now that seems like a super idea. I will go home and see if I can put a little PB blaster on it then gorilla super glue the bit back to the tip and see if I can just wiggle it lose.
