Alot of times, a torx or allen that is a bit worn or doesn't fit 100% can lock up in the hole. An extremely tight screw is hard to break loose and the torx will break. Seen it a jillion times working at my job. Like I mention before, if you have a very small punch and can catch part of the broken piece with the punch, a slight bump with a hammer to the punch MIGHT jar it loose. Make sure your are going the OPPOSITE direction of when you broke it. I've done it a bunch of times. No guarantees, but its work for me on a lot of occasions. I just don't think super glue will bond tight enough to the screw to allow you to use enough force to remove it. I guess you have nothing to loose trying it though.
