I have my own ideas on the subject but am interested in hearing from you fellas. Let's say you wanted a Swift but were not interested in any of the current production rifles in that cartridge. What doner action would you use? What barrel length and twist would you choose? Which barrel manufacturer would you choose? What scope would you put on top? Any other info is welcome as well.

P.S., I would buy a Cooper in a heartbeat but I want a Swift that holds more than one at a time.
