I would go 220swift AI since the brass flow seems to be a concern. I would use a 1:8 if not a 1:7 or even a 1:6 for heavy pills. The rem700 action when trued will hang with the best of them. A cut rifled barrel would be my choice simply for longevity as the swift is hot by nature.I have a swift that shoots awesome,...has won a factory class benchrest match. I will rebarrel in 220AI as soon as this barrel is toast. The swift RULES
