I would like to build my own, but really don't know where to start.  I know that I need an MP3 player, and assume any of the cheap ones at wal mart will do.  Also I am having a hard time to finding the Tandy for a decent price.  Is the radio shack horn a good choice?

All help appreciated as to where to buy my parts for the cheapest price.
