Long as they are brass and easy to find more, wouldn't matter to me. Typically I use Win and Rem. I would use Federal but don't see it much where I live.
I have loaded some PMC.. Mainly I use Winchester cause it's available here.. But for my 223 I have a bunch of Lake City, and Rem. As well as Winchester.. I also have a few PMC from somewhere.. My 223 doesn't seem picky about what brass I am using..
