You sure are right about THAT sir. I talked to Murry on the phone a month or so ago, and he said he is still using the same Black Magic call that he used on that hunt with me. That hunt took place about 1990 or so. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif I owe Mr. Burnham a lot.
I use a C-3 reed inside one end of a 6"-10" piece of black automotive fuel line, it makes the sound of a critter caught by the neck and being shaken very well, called in a nice cougar with the setup and 2 bobs , many coyotes.
Buy a Mini-Blaster, they work great! You can change between high and lower pitches in an instant. Also, you may want to pick up one of their S-2 coaxers. I've squeeked in several 'yotes with the S-2.
