So I snagged up a Bushnell Trophy XLT 3-9x40 for $129 from B&H Photo.. and theres a $30 rebate if BOUGHT before 12/31/
It has the DOA 600 recticle with marks down to 500 yards and then to 650 at the bottom.
the cross lines are calibrated for 9x and are 24" in width at the stated distances.. and the inner brakets on those line is 17" width (again at the stated distance).
Its supposed to be for deer antlers... but I know a few things that are 17-24" across chest wise if need be..
The scope knobs are finger type.. and resettable with a small phillips screw driver (like eyeglass size).
It comes with flip-up caps..
There is no AO on this model, the is AO on the 4-12 model.
There is a fast focus ring under the eye piece 'cap'.
Glass is clear and toted at like 91% transmission.
I'll be using this on my new 18" DPMS MK12 build so we will see how it does..
