I had a possum walk through a stand about 10 yds in front of me once. I was using a closed reed cottontail at the time. He/she didn't seem too interested and kept on going, I didn't get anything else on the stand so I consider them bad ju-ju.
I will say that I've called in two skunks with a DCC Frankentweety and the first one nearly killed me while I played bulldozer through a cactus filled mesquite thicket trying to get away from it. The second I popped at about 60yds out because I saw it was making a beeline for me.
