I’ll run a sequence, but I’ve never setup a preprogrammed sequence on any of my ecallers. I’m a control freak when it comes to calling and need to make decisions based on what’s happening in front of me. I wouldn’t want to have one on the hook and coming in and suddenly the caller switches to some other sound. Or have one coming in during a pause and have the caller suddenly crank up a sound.
