I'm in the process of building one. Bought a anti-skip CD player from Walmart ($12.95) and a Mini Audio Amp ($12.99) from Radio shack. I'm just going to fit them into a small plastic box (keep the water, etc out), then burn some calling sequences on the computer to use in this setup. A cheap way to go and with burning your own CD's you can time the calls, have a waiting period and just loop the CD. (Much like a remote control.) And when you want to change your calling sequence, just put in a different CD. Another guy (right here on PM) hooked a small speaker horn to the mini amp for a bit more directional volume. I'm going to set this up probably with a decoy and sit about 50-75 yards away and see what happens. Hopefully I should be trying this out in a couple of weeks. I'll let you know how it worked out, but I see no reason why it wouldn't.
