Make sure it's not so loud as to distort the sound. Mark it with a magic marker or such. Then just turn it down below the distortion threshold just a hair. This is plenty enough volume. I'm using the same Radio Shack amp and a CD player, but now that I see MP3 players for around 20-25 dollars I'm thinking of getting one. It would probably work better than the CD player in the cold (below freezing). Guess I'll find out.... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
